Most of the settings involve selecting something from drop menus or typing in small dialog boxes. The output settings include changing the video's resolution, filters, selecting a different bitrate and much more. The input settings involve selecting an audio quality, changing the frame rate and others.

The software can be used either by experienced users or beginners. Basic and advanced options are well separated, so the ripping process can be straightforward or very flexible.

Cons:
Beginners may complain that the ripping process takes too long, but all similar processes take long to complete.
